About Me...

I’m a creative leader driven by curiosity, storytelling, and the YouTube creative process. I'm drawn to the challenge of mixing creativity and strategy, which content creation demands. This curiosity is what pulled me into the creator space, and it’s why I’m still here.
Right now, I’m focused on growing as a creative leader. One who not only understands content strategies but also knows how teams work, what audiences want, and how to offer strong leadership that turns good ideas into great outcomes.
Always keep learning. Always keep adapting. Always be intentional. And ALWAYS have a good time.

My Career & Development...

Whether I’m working on local news, sports, or a community event, I’m constantly learning how different audiences engage with content and how we can serve the audience better. This has been a chance to combine my love for YouTube and creativity with the leadership and team skills I’ve developed throughout my career.

Foundation & Purpose
Long before I held a leadership role or made any YouTube content, the foundation of how I think, how I create, and where I found purpose was shaped by my environment.
I grew up immersed in action sports and the communities that surround them—pushing myself in environments that reward discipline, creativity, and resilience. They taught me how to adapt, how to fail forward, and how to keep showing up. I’m constantly asking why something works, how it could work better, and what’s possible if we try a different angle.
That mindset translates directly into how I approach leadership and creative work today. The drive to learn and evolve continues to shape both my career and the way I lead. Whether I’m building content strategies or leading a team, I operate with the same principles.
Life Principles:
-
Stay curious
-
Stay adaptable
-
Stay intentional
My Education...
Higher education isn’t always seen as necessary in the creator space. But for me, it has been foundational. It has strengthened my ability to collaborate with others and approach creativity with balanced purpose and intention. Education hasn’t distracted me from my work in content creation; it has made me better at it, and it directly translates into my work.

A Written Essay...
During my studies at Whitworth University, I authored the essay below for a course on Organizational Development and Change. I interviewed Denver Moore, one of YouTube’s leading content strategists and a former colleague from team Ghoulz. Denver has since gone on to work with MrBeast and continues to be a respected voice in the industry. I’ve learned a great deal from passionate creatives like Denver, and I’m sharing this paper as both a reflection on those lessons and a look at the foundational principles I continue to carry into my work as a creative professional.
